How long before my order arrives?
Production time varies depending on how many items are in queue and the items you have ordered. At this time the current production to ship time is 4-5 weeks. Once production on an order is complete and taken to the local USPO, estimated delivery is between 3-5 days.
How will my order be traveling?
I ship First Class unless the per item shipping amount totals the Priority Mail rate, at which time I will upgrade the shipping to Priority Mail. I will notify you when your order
is placed as to the way your item(s) will ship. Shipping and delivery time are
only an estimate and may vary. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed
but you will recieve a tracking number at the time your order ships. If you
need your order by a certain time please email me at Amanda@littleknitknacks.com
BEFORE placing an order so I can confirm if it is possible to get the order to
you in time. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time I only accept payment via Paypal. However, you are not required to have a Paypal account. YOu simply check out without setting up an account and use one of the
credit cards that Paypal accepts. You may also use an E-check via Paypal but
note that E-check payments take 3-5 days for funds to clear and production does
not start until payment has cleared.
Why does production take so long?
All products are made to order. If you are interested in ready-to-ship products please see the link for “ready to ship” and “one of a kind” items. I will keep both sections updated as
I have items ready for immediate shipment. All orders are hand knit as well. I
am a wife and mom first and am keeping my site and business going on my own.
Hand knits take time and care to create and I want each item to be perfect before I send them to you. Quality comes before quantity in this industry. Please know that the time and care that go into every customer’s hand knit creation will also be put into
yours. I hope you will be 110% satisfied!
I was looking for a special item that I don’t see, can you make it for me?
Custom orders are always welcome and actually are how I got started making so many different hand knits! Every request is considered. If I am not 100% confident that I can make what you want I will not accept the order. I love a challenge, so give it a shot!
What type of materials do you use?
Unless otherwise stated or requested I will be using 100% acrylic yarns. They are soft, easy to care for, and keep their shape well. The only item that might be knit in somethingother than acrylic would be in the cloth-diapering section of the store. Purchaser
needs to notify me that they would like to use wool for cloth diapering use so
that I may properly treat the items with lanolin to prep for the first wear
with a cloth diaper prior to shipping.

I received my order but the color looks different?
Home computer monitors are not all calibrated the same, because of this the color you see on your screen will likely differ slightly from the actual color of the finishedproduct.
